BINGHAM MINERS XC SUMMER MILEAGE

2006

Team runs are M-W-F @ 7:00am (meet in south parking lot-we leave @ 7:00am). Saturdays are optional. Monday (Team Runs) are set by team captains and are travel runs of 40 minute duration. Wednesdays are Mile Repeats (attend 7/9 to get a shirt). Fridays are Alta Runs (attend 7/9 to get a shirt). Saturday Runs (7:00am) are optional for those who can handle 80 minutes of continuous running and will be mountain runs. Mileage weekly averages are calculated on the basis of your years of running experience.

Vehicles are always needed. Seatbelts are mandatory for all.

For activity schedules (parties, camps, HARC, etc.) refer to the website and come to M-W-F for info. The (first) varsity 7 will be the first 7 across the line at the HARC Race on August 4th @ 9:00am. All team members are invited to that race whether they attend HARC or not.

Stay in constant touch. Run together. Enter your mileage on the website according to instructions and by the deadline !!!!

----- Second runs are listed (in parenthesis) for the afternoon/evening in some cases.

----- Make sure your mileage is measured accurately!

----- M-W-F are our “hard” days . . . you run “easy” on T-Th-S. Sunday is rest or optional.

----- Team runs are generally ‘out-and-back’ and timed. No one gets too far behind. Our team runs on M-W-F.
