Mark Trail Flying Eagles
About the team.
The organization was created to give economically-disadvantaged youth an opportunity to compete in running events on a local, state, regional and national level. MTAA serves over 150 children aged 5 (sub-bantum) through 18 (young men/women) each year. With a focus on fun and fitness, MTAA helps to develop the basic motion skills of running, jumping and throwing. These skills in youth are the foundation for success in any sport or fitness activity. MTAA provide opportunities for kids in both developmental and competitive programs. By supporting indoor youth track and field, outdoor youth track and field, and cross country programs, MTAA establishes a platform for enhancing each child's personal fitness and athletic aspirations. The MTAA and its activities are open to all youth, regardless of sex, race, color, national origin, athletic ability and financial status.
