Question

What is the pacing of the 1200m? What should my 11yr old daughter be able to run it in?(time) What should she think about during the race? Thanx

Answer

No idea what your daughter does. I’d prefer to see her running 200-400-800 at most. Distance runners should think about executing race plans. Don’t think about feeling bad, because everyone feels bad. Rule 1 Have Fun, Rule 2 Stay Healthy
